Smart Signed USD300 Million Deal With Amdocs

Taking the road to the future, PLDT Inc. and its mobile unit Smart Communications Inc. has signed a 7-year, a $300 million partnership deal with Amdocs to utilize its artificial intelligence and outsource some of their information technology (IT) operations as the company shifted to digital services.

Amdocs will bring help with digital capabilities. This agreement with Amdocs will help to upgrade and manage business technology systems with integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other advanced technologies.

The programs also aims to modernize the business IT systems of the company through advanced technologies, to increase revenue growth with new digital tools, and to introduce intelligent operations.

With these growth with technology it has simplified the way we do things, it saves times, increases on production, it basically simplifies communication.
