Smart has won this award by achieving a Speed Score™ of 14.98, with average speeds of 17.25 Mbps for download and 7.65 Mbps for upload. See below for comparison with Globe Telecoms.

The Speed Score™ works by comparing user-initiated speed tests in iOS and Android mobile apps for Major Carriers only during the award period. The fastest carrier is then determined by incorporating the measure of download and upload speeds to rank the network speed performance: 90% for download, and 10% for upload. More emphasis is placed on the download and median speeds as those represent what most network providers' customers will experience on a regular basis.
